About the practice
A quiet, private practice — by design
A single dentist, a single room, and the time to practise dentistry the way it should be practised.

Dr Wu Pak Lam, Jason
Dr Wu is a registered dentist in Hong Kong, practising general dentistry in Tsim Sha Tsui. He qualified with a BDS (HKU) and provides everyday and restorative dental care for adults and families across the district.
He has chosen to run a single-practitioner practice so that the dentist who examines you is the dentist who treats you, and the one who knows your history over the years that follow.
The practice approach
Dentistry here is conservative and unhurried. Examinations are thorough, findings are explained in plain language, and treatment is recommended only where it is genuinely warranted. The intention is to look after your oral health steadily over time, not to intervene for its own sake.
Appointments are scheduled with room to talk. Questions are welcomed, options are set out clearly, and decisions are made together. Fees are always quoted before any treatment begins, so there are no surprises.
The room
The practice occupies a single, calm treatment room in Hong Kong Pacific Centre, a short walk from Tsim Sha Tsui MTR. It is equipped for general and restorative dentistry, including digital radiography, with the aim of keeping each visit comfortable and self-contained.
Instruments are sterilised and infection-control protocols are followed in line with the standards expected of registered dental practices in Hong Kong. Single-use items are used where appropriate, and the room is prepared afresh between patients.
Why a single-practitioner practice
Continuity is the quiet advantage of a solo practice. Because one dentist sees you each time, nothing is lost in handover: your history, your preferences, and the small details of your mouth are already known.
It also allows for a calmer pace. Without the pressure of a high-volume clinic, there is time to examine carefully, to explain fully, and to let you decide without being hurried.
